    建大卡

        今天去长妇幼建了大卡,呵呵，发现参加特需俱乐部的好处就是可以不排队,整个产检流程很快，有导医指导,医生态度超级好,就是BC的医生态度很严肃,做BC时都不讲话,搞的紧张西西的.医生说宝宝一切正常,我4个月来重了4斤多，医生表扬说体重控制的很好,说宝宝生出来6.5斤左右是最健康的，超过8斤的就预示着从小埋下了肥胖的基因,哈哈!不过建议我多吃蛋黄和牛奶,哎,这两样恰恰是我最讨厌的......
     
       周末两天,感觉经历了太多,好沉重.爷爷离开了,虽然早已有心理准备,但是他真这么离开了大家,还是有点难以接受.由于怀孕了，家人坚持没有让我去医院见爷爷最后一面,没有让我去送他最后一程,于我，这将是永远的遗憾了.好在爷爷走的很平静,很安详,在最后昏迷的数个小时内脑子还是十分的清醒,这也应该算是一种福气了，我也感到了些许的宽慰.
     
       发现自己正慢慢的坚强起来!!!
